Way Home Properties is specialized in finding and presenting private and commercial properties.
If you are short on time to search for your dreams home or simply invest in a real estate property, we take care of everything.
After meeting you personally to determine precisely your criteria and preference, we select for you a series of properties available on the market and corresponding to your expectations.
With your agreement, Way Home then carries out an in-depth visit of these goods for you. Without having to travel, you will receive a complete report for each property visited, including a virtual visit, photos taken by us as well as our general opinion on the quality of the property, always taking your personal criteria into account.
If you are interesting by one or several properties, Way Home will organize your personal visit.
All the necessary checks have been made in advance by us, so you have the opportunity to make a purchase offer on the same day in complete safety, with no possible unpleasant surprises. Once the offer was accepted, we would check the final details as the confirmity of the property
We then accompany you until the signing of the act.
RELOCATION
You are in Belgium for a few years and you are looking for a place to leave.
We draw up specifications with you and we take care of finding you your accommodation according to your needs. Way Home Properties provides you with information not only about your accommodation but also about your new environment: nature of the neighborhood, transport, schools, nearby entertainment, etc.
Way Home visits the properties beforehand.
For each property visited, you receive a complete report, photos taken by us or a virtual visit as well as our general opinion taking into account all the parameters important to you.
You only come once to visit the properties you have selected with us or via a conference call. In one day, your choice is made with full knowledge of the facts and without any possible unpleasant surprises, all the usual checks having been made upstream by us.
We accompany you until you move in.
Fees
Property Hunter
- Application fees: € 500 excluding VAT or € 605 including VAT
- Full service: 3% excl.VAT or 3.63% incl.VAT less administration fees on the purchase price
- Tailor-made service: to be defined according to the specifications
Relocation
- Application fees: € 500 excluding VAT or € 605 including VAT
- Basic service (research, visit and lease): rental price excluding charges plus VAT (21%) minus administrative costs
- Tailor-made service: to be defined according to the specifications
